Our Story
Chanticlear Pizza has been serving the Twin Cities best thin crust pizza for over 40 years!
Chanticlear Pizza is an original Twin Cities pizzeria! Like many small, family owned businesses, we started with one location in Fridley, Minnesota back in 1963. Chanticlear Pizza was delivering fresh, stone baked thin crust pizza before any of the big chain pizza places came to town.

Chanticlear Pizza starts with fresh dough made daily in our restaurants. Our dough is allowed to slowly and naturally rise. We never freeze our dough or truck it in from a factory. Our crispy thin crust comes from dough which has been properly handled and stone baked to perfection.
Next we add our secret recipe pizza sauce made from all natural ingredients including fresh California tomatoes. At Chanticlear Pizza we don’t add sugar to our sauce. Our pizza sauce is packed from tomatoes that have reached vine-ripened perfection to capture their sweet garden flavor.
Chanticlear has over 20 premium toppings to choose from, including traditional toppings like Italian sausage, pepperoni, olives, onions and green peppers. But we also have unique toppings like garlic chicken breast, celery, pickles, banana peppers, sliced sausage, baby shrimp and hardwood smoked bacon that we use in combinations that will make your mouth water and that make our pizza different from all others.

We top every Chanticlear Pizza with only 100% REAL® Wisconsin mozzarella. We grate the cheese daily from whole blocks of premium low-fat mozzarella. You will taste the unforgettable fresh flavor of cheese that has never been frozen in every bite of Chanticlear Pizza. You deserve it!
